You are welcome to contact us at any time for updates on your pet’s condition.

If our emergency veterinarians cannot come to the phone immediately, you will receive an update from our nursing staff until the veterinarian is able to return your call with a more detailed update. If your pet’s condition changes during their hospital stay, our emergency veterinarians will contact you immediately with any concerns, discuss any alterations to the treatment they may require, and discuss with you any changes in costs.
