How to Refer an Emergency

If your patient requires urgent emergency care you can direct them to our hospitals. No appointment is necessary. If you need to speak with one of our specialist veterinarians for advice ahead of any referral, emergency or otherwise, please call us on 1300 QLD VET (1300 753 838).

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at all of our hospitals and you can confidently direct your clients to us for times when you are closed. We can provide you with directional maps, window stickers and other collateral to help direct your patients to us.
