Pet Emergency was established in 1998, as part of Queensland Veterinary Specialists, to provide 24/7 after hours veterinary emergency and critical care to pets in Brisbane.

We proudly offer emergency care in all three of our hospitals located in Stafford, North Lakes, and Warana, Sunshine Coast.

Staffed by over 35 emergency and specialist critical care veterinarians, a team of highly skilled veterinary nurses and technicians, we provide emergency and after-hours care for your pet when your primary care vet is not available.

Located in specialist state-of-the-art facilities with the support of the QVS team of specialist veterinarians, we are able to provide the highest levels of care and treatment.

All of our patients are under 24-hour observation and the care of qualified emergency veterinarians.

If you have an emergency veterinary need, or after-hours veterinary assistance, you do not need an appointment. Our hospitals are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
